Holiday Apartments in Reva Residences, Business Bay
Reva Residences is a DAMAC residential tower on the Dubai Water Canal side of Business Bay. That position matters more than anything else about it. Several of our apartments here look out over the canal, and the rest of the district's towers rise behind it.
It is a home building first. Most of the people in the lift live here, so expect a fairly settled atmosphere rather than a hotel lobby scene. For a short stay, that can be a relief.

Living in the tower
There is a lobby with reception and 24/7 security, so arriving late or leaving bags with someone is straightforward. High-speed lifts take you up, which helps in a tall residential block where waiting can otherwise eat into your mornings.
For downtime there is a swimming pool and a gym, plus a children's play area. If you are driving, parking is in the basement and podium, and our apartments come with allocated parking, so you are not circling for a space after dinner.
Our apartments here
Our mix in Reva is mostly one-bedrooms, with the occasional two-bedroom. The one-bedrooms vary in layout and outlook. Some face the canal and the city, and a few sit close to a bus stop and a marine transport station, which is handy if you would rather not drive.
If you are a larger group, the two-bedroom is the one to ask about, but there are far fewer of them, so send us your dates early. If a canal view matters to you, tell us when you enquire, because not every unit has one.
Who it suits and what is nearby
Reva works well for couples, solo travellers and small families who want a proper apartment with a pool downstairs. Dubai Mall is about five minutes away, as is Al Khail Road, which makes it easy to get onto the main routes across the city.
The honest caveat is that this is a residential tower, not a resort. You get the basics done well, but if you want restaurants and nightlife inside your building, look elsewhere.

Is parking included at Reva Residences?
Yes. The building has basement and podium parking, and our apartments here come with an allocated space. If you are hiring a car, that saves a lot of hassle.
Do all the apartments have canal views?
No. Several of ours face the Dubai Water Canal and the city, but not all of them. If the water is the deciding factor, mention it next to your dates and we will only put forward the canal-facing units that are free on those nights.
Is it a good building for children?
It suits young families reasonably well. There is a children's play area and a swimming pool, and 24/7 security at the entrance. Most of our units are one-bedrooms, so for a bigger family ask about the two-bedroom.
