Holiday Apartments in Imperial Avenue, Downtown Dubai

Imperial Avenue is a residential tower in Downtown Dubai. People live here year round, so it feels like a building with neighbours rather than a hotel corridor. That suits a longer stay, and it means you share the facilities with residents rather than with a lobby full of tour groups.

What we have here leans large. If you are travelling as a family or a group and want room to spread out, this is one of the buildings we would point you to first. If you are on your own and want something compact, there is less choice here.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Life inside the tower

You come in through a grand lobby with a concierge desk that is staffed around the clock, and security runs 24/7 as well. The lifts are high-speed, a small thing until you have gone down to the pool and back up again a few times in one afternoon.

The leisure side is generous. There are infinity pools, including a temperature-controlled one, so a winter swim is not a test of nerve. There is a fully equipped gym, a squash court, and a steam room and spa centre. Outside, landscaped gardens give you somewhere green to walk.

Children are well catered for, with a play area and an indoor recreation area for the hottest hours. There are retail outlets in the building for small errands, and allocated parking is included, which is not something you can take for granted in Downtown.

Our apartments here

Our mix in Imperial Avenue is mostly three-bedrooms, with a one-bedroom as well. Several of them include an assistant room, which is handy if you travel with a nanny or simply want an extra space for luggage or a cot.

Some of our apartments look towards Burj Khalifa. Views differ from one apartment to the next, so if you have your heart set on a certain outlook, mention it in your enquiry and we will be straight about what each one faces.

Who it suits

Families get the most out of this building: big apartments, a heated pool, and indoor and outdoor space for children. Groups of friends travelling together do well here too, as do people staying a few weeks or a month who want a gym and a squash court rather than a hotel spa they pay for each visit.

If you mainly want a small, inexpensive base for sleeping between days out, a three-bedroom in a full-service tower is probably more than you need.

Questions people ask

Is parking included at Imperial Avenue?

Yes. The building has allocated parking, and it is included with the apartment. If you will have a car with you, flag it when you first get in touch and we will explain how the space works for the apartment you choose.

Is the pool usable in the cooler months?

The building has a temperature-controlled swimming pool alongside its infinity pools. That makes a swim comfortable in winter as well as summer.

Will we see Burj Khalifa from the apartment?

Some of our apartments here have a Burj Khalifa view, but not every one faces the same way. Ask us about the specific apartment you are considering and we will tell you honestly what you will see from it.
