Holiday Apartments in Aykon City Tower C, Sheikh Zayed Road

Aykon City is a DAMAC development on Sheikh Zayed Road, on the Business Bay side. It is a cluster of towers rather than a single building, so when you send us your dates, the address that matters is Tower C. That is where all of our apartments here are.

This page covers what living in Tower C is like for a few nights or a few weeks: what the building gives you, what our apartments are like, and who tends to get the most out of it.

This list is live and changes as dates fill. Nightly prices are before taxes; pick dates on an apartment for the exact quote.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Day to day in Tower C

The building is set up for people who actually live in it, not just pass through. There is a gym, a spa, landscaped parks and gardens, a BBQ area and a kids' play area. On a longer stay those last two matter more than you might expect. An evening grilling outside or an hour where the children can run about makes a family trip feel less like living out of a suitcase.

Within the development there are restaurants, cafes, retail outlets and a shopping mall, so coffee, a quick meal or forgotten toiletries don't require a trip out. Security is on duty around the clock.

Parking is a real point in this building's favour. Allocated parking is included and there is plenty of general parking too. If you are hiring a car, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm the arrangement for your specific apartment.

One honest caveat: our building information doesn't list a pool. If a pool is a must for your trip, ask us before you settle on Tower C.

Our apartments here

Our mix in Tower C leans heavily towards two-bedroom apartments, with a smaller number of one-bedrooms and studios. Several of the two-bedrooms have an extra cloakroom on top of their main bathrooms, which helps when a group is getting ready at the same time.

Layouts and views vary from unit to unit, so the live list on this page is the place to compare them. If you tell us who is travelling and what matters most to you, we can point you to the right one.

Who it suits

Families and small groups are the natural fit, given the two-bedroom-heavy mix, the play area and the BBQ space. Anyone driving will appreciate the parking, which is not a given in this part of Dubai. Couples and solo travellers are well served by the studios and one-bedrooms, with a gym and cafes downstairs.

Being on Sheikh Zayed Road puts you on the city's main artery in Business Bay, which makes Tower C a practical base for getting around Dubai.

Questions people ask

Is parking included if I hire a car?

The building has allocated parking included and plenty of general parking. Arrangements can differ by apartment, so mention the car in your enquiry and we'll check exactly what comes with your unit.

Is Aykon City good for a family stay?

It is one of the better fits for families among our buildings. Most of our apartments here are two-bedrooms, and the building has a kids' play area, gardens and a BBQ area. Security is on duty 24/7.

Will I need to leave the building for food and basics?

Not often. The development has restaurants, cafes, retail outlets and a shopping mall, so everyday needs are covered on site. For anything further afield, Sheikh Zayed Road is right there.
