DAMAC Privé is two residential towers, A and B, built by DAMAC in Business Bay. From the outside they read as one development. Inside, you get the kind of shared facilities you'd normally expect from a hotel rather than an apartment block.

Most of what we manage here is in Tower B, and most of it is studios. That shapes who the building works for, so it's worth knowing before you settle on it.

Life in the building

The pool is the thing people remember. It overlooks the canal, which makes an afternoon there feel less like a residents' amenity and more like a proper break. There's a gym and fitness centre, a health club with spa and wellness facilities, and landscaped areas around the base of the towers.

Downstairs you'll find a lobby lounge, food and drink outlets and a retail promenade, so coffee or a quick meal doesn't mean leaving the building. Security runs around the clock. If you're driving, both valet and allocated parking are included, which in Business Bay is a real help.

Our apartments here

Our mix is mostly studios, with a larger two-bedroom for groups who want more room. Several face the Dubai Water Canal, and those views are the main reason to ask for a particular unit. Not every apartment has them, so tell us if it matters to you.

Be realistic about the studios. They're comfortable for a couple or a solo traveller on a short trip. For a stay of a few weeks or a month with lots of luggage, they can feel compact, and the two-bedroom is the better fit if it's free for your dates.

Who it suits

Couples and solo visitors who want hotel-style facilities without a hotel room will be happy here. Families do well too. The building has a kids' club and a play area, so children have somewhere to go besides the pool.

Business Bay Metro Station is a few minutes away, which helps if you'd rather not drive or rely on taxis for every trip across the city.

Questions people ask

Will I be in Tower A or Tower B?

It depends on the apartment. Most of ours are in Tower B, with a studio in Tower A. Both towers belong to the same development, so ask us which unit fits your dates and we'll tell you where it is.

Can I park a rental car at the building?

Yes. The building includes both valet and allocated parking. Let us know when you send your dates that you'll have a car.

Does every apartment have a canal view?

No. Several of our studios and the two-bedroom look over the canal, but not all of them do. If the view is important, mention it when you enquire and we'll point you to the right ones.
