Bayz by Danube is a residential tower in Business Bay, built by Danube Properties. It was put up as somewhere to live, not somewhere to check in and out of. Expect residents in the lifts and an everyday rhythm to the place.
Our apartments here are big ones. Families, or a few friends who want to share one front door for a week or a month, should give this building a proper look.

Life inside the tower
The facilities list is longer than most. There's a swimming pool, a gym and a separate health club, plus a jogging track and a squash court. The squash court is a rarer thing to find in a residential tower, and handy if you don't want your holiday to wreck your routine.
For slower days there's a landscaped garden and a BBQ deck, which suits a group that would rather cook together one evening than go out again. Children get their own play area. Security runs 24/7, and allocated parking comes with the apartment, so a hire car is no trouble.
What we have here
Right now our apartments in Bayz are all three-bedrooms. That shapes who they work for. They're roomy, with space for people to spread out and not be on top of each other.
The honest downside: if you're travelling alone or as a couple, you'll have far more apartment than you need, and we don't currently have smaller units in this building. Our mix changes, though, so the live list below shows what's open for your dates.
Who it suits
Families, mostly. The pool, play area and garden give children somewhere to burn energy without a taxi ride. It also works for a few couples sharing, or friends on a longer stay who want a kitchen, a barbecue and a gym on site.

Yes. Allocated parking is included with our apartments here. That makes the building an easy choice if you plan to rent a car for your stay.
Is the building good for children?
It's one of the better ones for families. There's a kids' play area, a swimming pool and a landscaped garden, and security is on site around the clock. Our three-bedroom layouts also mean children can have their own rooms.
Do you have studios or one-bedrooms in this tower?
Not at the moment. Everything we manage in Bayz is currently a three-bedroom. If you need something smaller, ask us and we'll tell you whether that has changed for your dates.
