Holiday Apartments in Grande Signature Residences, Downtown Dubai

Grande Signature Residences is an Emaar tower built for people who live here. It stands among the Opera District buildings on the Downtown side of the city. A stay here feels less like a hotel and more like having your own flat in a block where your neighbours go to work in the morning.

Dubai Opera and Burj Park are close by, and The Dubai Mall is convenient from the tower. The pool looks straight at Burj Khalifa. Most guests remember that last detail.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Day to day in the tower

The pool is the reason many people pick Grande. You swim with Burj Khalifa in front of you, which is a different experience from looking at it from a mall terrace. There's a gym for anyone who keeps a routine on holiday, and cafes and dining venues inside the building, so a coffee or a quick dinner doesn't need a taxi.

Security is on duty around the clock, and allocated parking comes included. That parking matters if you're hiring a car, because spaces in Downtown are not easy to find.

The honest downside: this is a residential tower, so the pool, gym and play spaces are shared with the people who live here. Treat it as you would your own building at home and you'll fit right in.

The flats we look after here

Our apartments at Grande are mostly two-bedrooms, with a one-bedroom among them. They lean roomy rather than compact, which suits a family or friends travelling together better than a solo traveller after something small.

Fountain and Burj Khalifa outlooks come up in ours, and some sit high in the tower. Not every flat faces the same way, though, so ask about the specific apartment if the outlook is high on your list.

Who it suits

Families get the most from this tower. The building has a children's play area along with a kids club and a game room, which helps on hot afternoons when nobody wants to go out. Parents get the pool view.

Couples and friends sharing a two-bedroom will like having the opera, Burj Park and the mall nearby without being in a hotel lobby. If you want a front desk and room service, a hotel will suit you better than an apartment.

Questions people ask

Will I be able to see Burj Khalifa from my flat?

It depends on the apartment. Some of ours face the fountain or the tower and others have a different outlook. Say in your message which outlook matters most, and we can match it to one of our flats. The pool faces Burj Khalifa whichever apartment you stay in.

Can I park a hire car at the building?

Yes. Allocated parking is included with the apartments here, so you won't be hunting for a space around Downtown.

Is Grande comfortable for a month-long stay?

It works well for that. The two-bedrooms give you room to spread out, the gym is in the building and there are cafes downstairs for days when you'd rather not cook. Long stays depend on one flat being free from your first night to your last, so give us your exact dates and we can tell you which Grande apartment covers them.
