Peninsula isn't one building. It's a group of residential towers by Select Group on the Business Bay waterfront, and our apartments are spread across more than one of them. The tower you end up in shapes your view.

What ties them together is the canal. The pool, the gym, the walking paths and the places to eat all face the water.

Day to day on the development

The infinity pool and gym both look out over the canal, which makes an early swim easier to get up for. There's also a sauna, steam rooms, a yoga room, a leisure deck and a multipurpose room. If you play, there's a tennis court and a half basketball court.

Families get a children's pool beside the outdoor pool, plus a playground and play areas. Security and concierge run 24/7, the lifts are high-speed, and allocated parking is included. These facilities are listed for the development, so with several towers involved, ask us what's closest to your apartment.

What we have here

At the moment our mix at Peninsula is studios, spread over a few towers. They're open-plan homes suited to a couple or a small group happy to share one space. If you need a separate bedroom, this isn't the building for you right now.

Views vary. Some studios face the canal, some overlook the pool, and several catch the Burj Khalifa, though in some it's only the tip you see above nearby buildings. Some have a balcony or sit on a high floor. Tell us what matters and we'll match it.

Who it suits and what's around

Peninsula works for couples, solo travellers and anyone in town for a few weeks who wants a pool and gym downstairs. On the ground there are shops, cafés and waterfront dining, with landscaped gardens and walking trails along the water. Downtown Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road are easy to reach, and some of our studios are within walking distance of a metro station.

Questions people ask

Are all the Peninsula towers the same?

No. Our apartments are in more than one tower, and while the development shares its facilities, views and floor level differ. If the canal or the Burj Khalifa is the thing you care about most, say so in your enquiry, as that alone narrows down the tower quickly.

Will I actually see the Burj Khalifa?

From several of our studios, yes, but how much varies. Some see it clearly while others catch only the tip. Ask about a specific apartment and we'll tell you honestly.

Is it workable with a car?

Yes. Allocated parking is included, and Sheikh Zayed Road is easy to get onto. If you're driving, let us know in your enquiry so we can explain how parking works at your particular tower.
