Holiday apartments in The Address Residences Dubai Opera

Emaar developed The Address Residences Dubai Opera as serviced residences, and they sit within Downtown Dubai's Opera District. We manage a small number of apartments in the Opera Tower here, and they are on the larger side.

Families and groups wanting a proper home base for a holiday should give this building a serious look. If you are a couple on a short trip, read on before you decide. It may be more space than you need.

This list is live and changes as dates fill. Nightly prices are before taxes; pick dates on an apartment for the exact quote.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Life inside the building

Most of the appeal here is in the shared facilities. There is an infinity pool for adults and a separate kids' pool, so you are not trying to swim lengths around inflatables. For the end of a long day there is a jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna, and there is a gym if you want to keep your routine going.

Children get their own space too. The building runs its own kids' club with a play area attached, which makes a real difference on a stay of a week or more, when the novelty of the apartment wears off. The building also has lounges for residents, useful when you want somewhere to sit that is not your own sofa.

Security runs around the clock, and allocated parking is included. That last point matters more than people expect in Downtown, if you are hiring a car or driving in from elsewhere in the UAE.

Our apartments here

Our mix in this building is family-sized: two- and three-bedroom apartments rather than studios. They suit groups who want separate rooms and a shared living space to come back to.

Some of our apartments look out towards the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. Others face a different way, and we would rather you know that before you arrive than after, so ask us which one has the outlook when you send your dates.

Who it works for

This building makes most sense for families with children, for several adults travelling together, and for anyone staying long enough to use the pools, the gym and the kids' club properly. You are in the Opera District, within Downtown Dubai.

If you are on your own or with a partner, out all day and only needing a bed, it is less of a fit. We do not currently have smaller units here.

Questions people ask

Is The Address Residences Dubai Opera good for children?

Yes, it is one of the more child-friendly buildings we manage. Younger guests have their own pool, along with a kids' club and play space. Our apartments here are larger, so children usually get their own room.

Will I have somewhere to park?

Allocated parking is included with the building. If you are bringing a car, mention it when you enquire so we can confirm the details for the apartment you are interested in.

Do all the apartments have a Burj Khalifa view?

No. Some of our apartments here look towards the Burj Khalifa and the fountain, but not all of them do. If that outlook is high on your list, ask us about it first and we can tell you which of our apartments faces that way.
